Hey, I’m Victor — the owner and creator of Buns Up, Wieners Down LLC. This business is a reflection of who I am, where I come from, and the life I’ve lived growing up around South Florida and the Everglades. A lot of people ask me why there are gators all over the menus, neon swamp themes, and why everything has that “swamp meets nightlife” vibe. The answer is simple — that’s me. I grew up loving the outdoors, the backroads, the muddy trails, the swamp life, and everything that makes Florida wild and unique. The Everglades always felt real, raw, and full of character, and I wanted this business to carry that same energy.

But at the same time, I also fell in love with the city life — the lights, the music, the nightlife, the creativity, and the people. So Buns Up, Wieners Down became my way of blending both worlds together. That’s why our branding is all neon lights, glowing colors, swamp vibes, city skylines, and gators dressed with personality. It’s basically “swamp boy meets city life.” Every flyer, menu, sauce name, and specialty dog tells part of that story. Nothing here is random — every detail represents where I come from and what inspires me.

This business wasn’t built in a boardroom. It was built through long nights, hard work, taking risks, learning as I went, and believing in myself when things got uncomfortable. I started this because I wanted to create something different — something people could feel the moment they walked up to the cart. Not just good food, but good energy. I want people to come by, laugh, talk, take pictures, hang out, and leave happier than when they showed up. That’s why “Radiate Positivity” means so much to me. It’s not just a slogan for the brand — it’s how I try to live my life and how I want people to feel around this business.

At the end of the day, Buns Up, Wieners Down is about bringing people together. Whether I’m outside a bar in Wilton Manors late at night, catering a private party, popping up at a community event, or just serving somebody grabbing their first hotdog from us, I want every person to feel welcomed. This business is personal to me. It’s creative, chaotic, fun, loud, different, and unapologetically Florida — just like the Everglades that inspired it.
